On October 29th, our company faced one of the most difficult moments in its history. The DANA storm that hit the province of Valencia caused unprecedented flooding, leaving our facilities severely damaged.
We had to stop all our activities. We had to stop to clean up, remove mud, clear debris, and rebuild the company from the ground up. For four long months, our workshop fell silent, machines stood still, and every corner was filled with a mix of water, mud, effort, and hope.
But we never lost the light.
Not the one we create every day, nor the one that drives us.
Today, we’re proud and excited to say that we are back to normal since several weeks ago. We’ve regained our rythm, our space, and most importantly, our spirit. We’re once again designing, producing and delivering our lampshades with the same dedication as always — and, if we may say so, with an even brighter glow.
What has touched us most deeply during these months has been the patience, understanding, and trust of our customers.
